To place an order: Indicate each item and the quantity you wish to receive. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the person placing the order. As a general rule, one can add to the total cost of the ordered items:
10% for shipping within the United States
45% for shipping to Canada
75% for shipping to all other countries. All foreign shipments are made by air, as the U.S. Postal Service has eliminated its surface rate.
Participation: Materials are offered at less than actual cost. “Prices” in this list are to indicate the part of production costs which we hope will be provided as a contribution by those who use the materials. Funds may be sent by bank transfers, money orders or checks – in U.S. dollars – made out to either «French World Outreach» or «Crieve Hall Church of Christ», and sent to:
